Hopeless foodie. Animal Lover. I’m half Japanese, half Italian, born in Lausanne, Switzerland. I moved to Ottawa, Canada when I was 16. I’ve loved taking pictures of animals since as long as I can remember, starting with a thumb size film camera for kids! I’m very involved with rescues and have owned all kinds of animals from tortoises and chickens to chihuahuas and St. Bernards.

I’m a chihuahua/yorkshire terrier mix, born in February 2013. I’m a miniature 1.3 kg (2.8 lbs) and I got rescued from a puppy mill. My mom picked me up from my foster family in Vermont. We met on! Since I crossed the border, I now live in Ottawa, Canada, with my human Hanako and my occasional foster brothers and sisters.
January 2019: We welcomed Tofu the chihuahua!

Kiwi is my first chihuahua that I got for my 9th birthday after years and years of begging for it. Together we traveled the world, competed in dog shows, earned multiple championships and became best friends. Kiwi will always be remembered as part of the family.
